TRAINING POLICIES
By enrolling in our Training Course, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions:
Blushed Fx strictly adheres to Australian Consumer Law when it comes to refund policies. Please note that we do not offer refunds for a change of mind regarding your chosen course or accidental purchases. While course fees are generally non-refundable, we do consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis, with the final decision resting with our Managing Director.
Cancellations and Reschedules:
This policy encompasses two sections. Section 1 pertains to the cancellation of in-person training courses, excluding Online Courses, within the initial 48-hour cooling-off period. Section 2 covers cancellations beyond this period.
Section 1:
As per this agreement, students attending in-person training courses are eligible for a 48-hour cooling-off period starting from the time of their initial booking fee/deposit payment. During this time, you may cancel your enrollment, except for Online Training Courses, which are available for immediate enrollment. In case of cancellation within the cooling-off period, Blushed Fx will refund any fees paid within twenty-one (21) days upon receiving written notification.
Section 2:
For cancellations of training course enrollment beyond the 48-hour cooling-off period:
- A non-refundable booking fee/deposit is required at registration.
- If a training course is canceled within 10 days before the first training/course day, 50% of the tuition fee will be charged.
- If a training course is canceled 48 hours prior to the first day of the student's training course, 100% of the tuition fee will be charged.
Once a training course has commenced, the full tuition fee is non-refundable, even if you decide not to continue for various reasons.
Sick Notice:
In the event of a student feeling unwell or falling ill before or during a training course, immediate notification to the educator is essential. We make every effort to accommodate such situations. If rescheduling is not possible, affected students will still receive their kit and credit towards future services and training, including Online Training Courses.
For Online Training Courses:
If you've purchased a course via Credit Card, PayPal, or similar options, payments are non-refundable due to immediate enrollment. There's no cooling-off period for Online Courses as students have access until course completion.
Note that third-party options like AfterPay, ZipPay, ZipMoney, Humm, Payright, etc., are beyond Blushed Fx's responsibility.
Deposits/Booking Fee:
All payments made are non-refundable. The Booking Fee serves to confirm your training position and cover kit, supplies, and preparation. We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, but rescheduling with a 24-hour notice is appreciated.
Invoice:
Invoices have a 24 to 48-hour settlement period. If canceled, training dates become available to other potential students.
Guest Policy:
No guests are allowed due to limited space. Children are also not allowed.
Sick Notice:
Strict cancellation policies apply to unwell students, and Blushed Fx reserves the right to reschedule training dates.
Models for Students:
Blushed Fx reserves the right to refuse entry to unwell, intoxicated, or disoriented individuals. Models must arrive on time, pay in cash, sign consent forms, and understand that lash extensions may not last as long due to trainee practice.
Models:
Students are responsible for providing models. Facebook Groups are available for sourcing models. You may use the same model on multiple days. If models are unavailable, we may proceed with mannequins.
Models Arrival:
Models must have clean natural lashes, no makeup, no extensions, and be able to lay down for up to 3 hours. Arrival time will be confirmed via EMAIL."
